This list is for both men and women who want to make things a little more interesting besides changing position. There are no whips, chains or nipple clamps, everything is beginner friendly so don't be scared guys this is just to ease you in!
Lubricant
Lube is probably the most important thing during sex besides condoms. Dry sex is uncomfortable for the both of you but especially for us women, the pain is ridiculously excruciating. Sometimes foreplay isn't enough, FYI getting head then trying to have sex with her will only get you hard not necessarily turn her on, or maybe your foreplay isn't up to scratch (sorry boys). Sex is about being selfless not selfish, so if she isn't wet then lubricant is your answer. The vagina is the most delicate thing on a woman's body so I don't suggest using flavoured lubes for vaginal sex although they are perfect for oral on a guy if you don't like the taste/smell. Some flavoured lubes contain sugar or substances similar to sugar to make them taste sweet, using them during penetrative sex may increase chances of yeast infections or irritation and itching during and after sex. Never use anything thick like vaseline or oil based liquids like baby oil. These are intended for external use only. Always use a water or silicone based lubricant. If nothing else is available your safest option is probably saliva.
I recommend Durex Play Aloe Vera which doubles up a a massage gel and good old KY Jelly which is recommenced by doctors too. No white stains on bedsheets when it dries and no fuss as they aren't sticky like many flavoured lubes which is a plus. Both can be purchased from your local Superdrug or Boots stores.
Blindfold
Everyone loves a surprise so imagine your partner touching all your favourite spots unexpectedly and you having absolutely no control over what happens. The mix of emotions plus adrenaline will not only make the experience 10x more interesting but feel even better. If you are comfortable letting someone be in full control of your body then why not try some handcuffs. If you don't want to buy a pair then cutting up some cloth and tying them around your parents wrists comfortably can work just as well. Hand cuffs are great if you like to dominate, that way they really can't get in the way of what you want to do! These work best with foreplay and oral sex or when you're doing it from behind so she can't resist or try to run away!
Sexy underwear and a pair of killer heels
The majority of the time when women go out to buy sexy underwear, it ends up on the floor unnoticed. But as soon as he wants a quickie and your knickers don't match your bra he pays close attention. To prevent this, make a big entrance. Let him know you've gone out of you want to look good for him!
Something cute like a baby doll dress or nice lace underwear with some suspenders and those all important killer heels. If they're peep toe then a pedicure is most definitely needed. Get him on the bed or to sit on a chair and walk in when he's comfortable so you catch him off guard and watch his reaction, it'll make you feel a little more comfortable if you haven't done it before. I also suggest you practise in the mirror, trying to look sexy can be a real fail if not done right. You might feel a little silly when you first try it but once you realise how good you look, you'll feel a lot more confident. Things like baby doll dresses are perfect for covering up those imperfections or if your a little blotted. They stop just below your bum and give you great cleavage so he has a great view from both ends. Perfect if you prefer your legs to any other part of your body as you midriff is covered although it is see-through. What women don't realise is that once you've had sex with him, he's most definitely seen every single imperfection, even the little ones you don't know about, so there is no point trying to hide from him. As sexy as the lingerie may be expect it to end up on the floor at some point ;)
BTW outfits don't have to be worn every time you have sex, only when you feel it is necessary or want to surprise him.

Vibrator or cockring
Cockring |
Serena Vibrator |
G Spot Bullet |
Toys in the bedroom aren't just for women there are toys for men and toys to share. For those of you that say you have never orgasmed through penetrative sex vibrators are a great way to reach orgasm. If you have never purchased or used a vibrator before then it is best to go with something small like a bullet, some bullets can also fit into cockrings. Cockrings are exactly what they sound like. If you want to do some research, google vibrating cockring. What I saw searching just cockring wasn't very pleasant at all!
A cockring is a small silicone ring that stretches to fit him and he wears it during sex. The vibrations from it help him stay hard for longer and help you orgasm when it comes in to contact with your clit. A lot of people are afraid to walk into Ann Summer's because they are embarrassed or they think what is inside the store is intimidating but the staff are absolutely lovely, they are more than willing to help and also share their own personal experiences to make it a little easier. They sell basic stuff like games, lingerie and costumes to hardcore sex toys and books you may have never even heard of before. Most of the toys are on display so you can almost try before you buy which also gives you an better idea of exactly what it is you want.
If it's your first time trying a vibrator I suggest the Serena vibrator. It's pretty and pink so if you leave it out no-one will know what it is. It can be used on your clit but also great as an alternative to a dildo because it's quite small, but it does a great job. It has various speeds you can switch between easily. Bullets are also great for first timers, but they only have one speed unlike the Serena so you'd have to purchase another toy if you got bored of your bullet. Basic cockrings can be purchased in Superdrug they are usually by Durex or Mates. I purchased one years ago thinking it was a vibrator but it was really weak so I ended up taking out the actual vibrator and playing with the silicone because it was stretchy but eventually it snapped :(. So if you want something durable I suggest Ann Summer's. For those of you who are more experienced, Ann Summer's recently released their bodywand collection, their own version of the Hitachi massager in the normal size and a really cute mini one so check those out.
Safe sex is the best sex! Although it may feel better without a condom if the person is not your long term/regular sexual partner who should be getting checked regularly then condoms always! Babies and STI's are real but more importantly HIV and AIDS. Catching it is practically a death sentence so make sure you strap up!
